The Cairns, Townsville, Mackay Design and Construction Code (CTM Code) has been developed to be applied to new developments and is to be used inline with the Councils appropriate planning schemes. The CTM Code is a collaborative effort between the service providers and has been under development for a number of years.
The CTM Code is governed by an overarching ‘charter’ which can be located below in the Code Documents area. The charter specifies how Governance, Meetings and Strategic direction of the CTM Code will occur. Each Service Provider has a handful of representatives that sit on the CTM Code group and are the main point of contact for each service provider, a list of current contacts can be found below.
