|Hourly Rates||A fee proposal will be provided for each project once the scope of work has been clearly established. We can provide services on fixed price or cost reimbursement (hourly rates) basis depending on the client requirements. We provide competitive prices / rates based on the scope and duration of the project however as a general guide, our rates for longer term (> 1 month) are typically 5-10% less than short duration one off projects. Payment terms are typically 14 days. A copy of our standard Conditions of Engagement are attached.|
Brandon and Associates are prequalified with Department of Main Roads and Department of Public Works separately and through Qld Government Engineering Consultant Scheme and various Local Buy Panels. These panels enable Local and quasi-Government bodies to procure our services without the need to seek public tenders.
