Please summarise any accreditations/ QA processes	Quality assurance procedures are an integral part of all of Viridis’ activities. Our business is operated in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Project management systems used by Viridis are focused on consistently meeting clients’ stated and implied requirements. Our Project Management Manual requires that projects are initiated with a project plan that includes: client brief and project scope project outputs and deliverables resources required to meet the programme budgets and deadlines for each deliverable programme including hold points project reviews and reviewer roles identification of known and perceived risks identification of project members (including sub-consultants) responsible for each output including target dates >the timing and responsibility for communications, meetings and reports monitoring sign-off for each stage and each client deliverable by the Project Manager.

Hourly Rates	A fee proposal will be prepared for each project, balancing cost and outcomes. Jobs can be completed on a lump sum or time and expenses basis, depending on client requirements. Viridis offers excellent hourly rates and will apply discounts for projects that require over 2 weeks of full-time work. Viridis can also be engaged through Local Buy, BUS 226-0212 – Supply of Engineering Consultancy Services to Queensland Local Governments (Water & Sewage Engineering Services).
Please give an indication of the qualifications and experience of your personnel – e.g. manager, senior staff, technicians	James Howey M.Sc. B.Sc. (Director) James has been involved in the development and audit drinking and recycled water management systems since 2004. He has facilitated approximately 100 water quality risk assessments and prepared numerous water safety plans. James is a Lead Drinking and Recycled Water QMS Auditor and Skills Assessor and has undertaken regulator audits in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Scott Prenzler B.Eng. (Senior Consultant) Scott has more than 12 years experience in the water business including government, consulting and industry. He has a vast knowledge of guidelines and legislation as well as management systems. His roles required him to be proactive while using a collaborative approach with many clients. Karen Pither B.Sc. (Senior Consultant) Karen has over 10 years experience in water, wastewater and environmental management. Karen is an experienced project manager, specialising in the development, implementation and audit of management systems, including drinking water, recycled water and environmental management systems, site-based management plans and risk based management plans. Karen is a Lead Recycled Water QMS Auditor and has undertaken a number of regulatory recycled water audits. Tasleem Hasan M.Sc. B.Sc. (Senior Consultant) Tasleem has 12 years of experience in drinking water quality management, including regulation, process improvement and monitoring. He has been working extensively in regional areas of Australia over the past three years, identifying and discussing key water supply issues and providing advice on potential improvements and regulatory compliance. These not only include engineering solutions but also establishing longer-term management systems for continued quality of service. Tasleem is a Lead Drinking Water QMS Auditor.
