About this event
Following the success of the Emerging Contaminants Workshop in Townsville in November 2024, we are thrilled to present our next event around the theme Wastewater Quality and Trade Waste: Out of Sight, Top of Mind.
Join water industry colleagues from across Queensland to explore the real-world challenges facing wastewater and trade waste management.
This practical workshop will cover:
- Identifying and managing contaminants entering the sewer networ
- Trade waste compliance and what it means on the ground
- Lessons learned from utilities across Queensland and beyond
- Practical approaches to improving trade waste programs
- Water Cremation: an emerging issue for wastewater operators
This will be an in-person event held at the qldwater offices in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
