This seminar will examine effective, practical and holistic people strategies that address key skills retention, employee engagement and employee motivation with a view to positively impact on organisation costs, productivity and business performance.
Hear leaders of the water industry discuss ideas on the best way to keep skilled professionals within the water industry and the challenges faced between water in the municipal and resource sectors. This event is for young and old and will be a great way to relax with fellow peers and be informed of upcoming trends and issues within the QLD water industry. Speakers include Jon Black (DEWS) and Ian Maynard (QUU)
