Building Over or Near Infrastructure Fact Sheets

Building Codes Queensland have released Fact sheets to help local governments, building certifiers and service providers become familiar with new building legislation that came into effect on 1 November 2013.
The legislative scheme has been introduced to streamline the development approval process when building over or near a sewer, water main or stormwater drain (relevant infrastructure).
The form that was developed to support building certifiers in meeting their legislative obligations has also been re-numbered as Form 32—Relevant information for service providers.
