STP Development Approval Guidelines - ERA 63
In e-Flash # 174 qldwater called for additional interest from service providers to respond to draft guidelines being developed by EHP and also for nominations from members to join an ERA 63 expert panel. This panel has now met twice and provided considerable input to the development of the new EHP guidelines. The result is a document that takes industry needs into account. The final draft of the document is available to members on the website and the future of these guidelines will be passed on in future e-flashes. We would like to thank all councils that have provided time and input into this consultation process which has yielded strong positive response for the industry. Code of Environmental Compliance for Pumping Stations - ERA 63(3)
Further to the update on progress on this Code (see e Flash 175), approval processes have progressed to the final step and we anticipate the Code will be available for use in November.
