- Water and Sewer Condition Assessment Practice Note – NAMS
- Fluoridation – training, exemptions, daily attendance requirement
- New government briefings, new responsibilities post-DERM split
- Communications, Marketing, Water Connections Tour and Taste Test
- Skills – Queensland Water Skills Partnership, Short Course Training, Water Industry Legislation (online) training to be published soon, changes to national water operations training package
- SWIM – opt-in reporting, SWIM:GIS and SWIMLocal
