New qldwater TRG Leadership

With David Wiskar formally resigning from our Technical Reference Group and taking up a position at NT Power and Water, elections for a replacement Chair were held last Friday. We are pleased to welcome Bruce Gardiner from Cairns Regional Council as the new Chair, and Trevor Harvey from North Burnett Regional Council as Deputy Chair.
Both Bruce and Trevor bring significant experience to their respective roles and the appointments are a great result for the Directorate. We would like to thank all of the TRG members who nominated – they are a committed, skilled group who give up their valuable time to support our attempts to take our industry programs forward.
Bruce has also asked that we formally record our thanks to David for his enormous commitment, wisdom and guidance since the establishment of qldwater.
